What are the benefits of vibrational healing and vibrational practices?

These are some of the things I have experienced (and I am still experiencing) through a combination of different vibrational healing techniques and vibrational practices:

  • awareness about my body, life & relationships,
  • more focus, clarity, connection to others,
  • relief from a lot of negative emotion, relief from pain, improvement in relation to an illness ( I am particularly enjoying the relief from persistent insomnia, frequent infections, and my alcohol addiction)
  • inspiration and creative flow,
  • more connection with my emotions,
  • the ability to be there with myself no matter what
  • the ability to identify and communicate needs
  • the ability to identify and communicate boundaries
  • the ability to visualise what I want and need and to trust it
  • improvement at areas of my life where I experienced suffering or lack of luck,
  • flow of desirable manifestations in my life
  • the capacity to be more authentic
What is reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese healing method of channeling and transferring cosmic energy

through the hands (level 1), through the mind (level 2), and through inner wisdom (level 3). It is the natural healing power of “energy vibrating to its highest level”.

You can use reiki to heal physical, emotional and mental ailments, to expand your awareness, to improve your life state and energy levels, to experience more flow and presence in your life and in your relationships.

One of the ways to benefit from Reiki is to receive one or more healing sessions from a Reiki practitioner.

The other way – which is even more powerful and can change your life – is by being initiated into becoming a channel for Reiki yourself, being able to give Reiki and heal yourself and others.

Reiki level 1, which teaches how to give reiki with your hands through physical touch, is attained during a very simple two-day course that almost anyone can follow (even children after the age from which they can follow instructions). I know of a 10 year who took the reiki course and he was using reiki to deal with pain during stomach aches or when he went to the dentist.

My own quality of life improved dramatically after I took the reiki 1 course. From the first month I experienced major improvement with insomnia, from which I was suffering since I was a child and within a few months I entered a new era of sobriety, after almost 15 years of very heavy and very daily alcohol consumption.

What are the best sources to learn how to use visualisations for healing?

Visualizations are an extremely powerful healing tool. There are two books that have been my guiding sources for more than a decade and I consider them to the best in offering with clarity both the theoretical context on how visualisations work and practical guidelines to help you put that knowledge into practice:

  • Anything Can Be Healed, Martin Brofman
  • Healing Visualizations (Creating Health Through Imagery), Gerald Epstein

There is also the book Creative Visualization by Shakti Gawain, which explains the basics on how visualisations work, and offers some good exercises for practice.

Also Joe Dispensa’s books and videos provide plenty of inspiration, knowledge and guidance on how to use visualisations in meditation as a way to change brain chemistry and the conditioning of the nervous system and experience benefits in all areas of your life (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, …and relationships!).
